Service Description

The 30-minute morning guided mindfulness class is for all levels and is appropriate for beginners. If sitting still to meditate seems daunting, then this is the class for you. The class will be an opportunity to try practices and learn skills to slow down. I have been practicing yoga and meditation since 1997. My style is influenced by many teachers, including Dipa Ma, Kristin Neff, Insight Meditation teachers, Pema Chodron, Master Si-Tu, Ruth Parker and others.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to receive a full credit for a future session, we do not offer refunds. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you are able to do so online and there will be no charges. If less than 24 hours notice for cancelation, you will be responsible for the session fee in full. If you arrive late, the session will end at the scheduled time, and not be the full time of the session. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late with no email to the therapist, the session may be considered a no show and you will be responsible for the full session fee. If the therapist does not feel the therapy is appropriate for you, we reserve the right to cancel the session, and credit can be applied to another service. Sexual harassment in any form will not be tolerated and will be cause for the immediate conclusion of the session and the client will be responsible for the session fee in full.
