Acupuncture originated in China around 3,500 years ago and remains one of the oldest, most commonly used systems of healing in the world. All sessions can be multimodal and have an add on include massage therapy for 30 minutes. Promotes Healing: restores homeostasis & balance. Improves Circulation:  stimulates organ function & promotes health. Decreases Pain: acting as a natural analgesic, acupuncture interrupts pain signaling. Reduces Inflammation: reducing pro-inflammatory markers, or proteins, in the body. FIRST SUNDAY of month is Donation Based Acupuncture. Must reserve a time to be seen.

Rolfing

Rolfing's purpose is to support your physical transformation into your most aligned and functional self.  Structural Integration was designed to occur in a 10 session series often scheduled weekly. Sessions range from one hour to 90 minutes. When the goal of the session is met, the session concludes. Sometimes homework is offered to expand the work done in the session and between sessions. Buy 9 up front, get the 10th session free. Must complete the 10 series within six months of the purchase. Non-transferrable or refundable.

Monday Morning Mindfulness

Take a minute or two to breathe. Come for this 45 minute session of movement, breathing practices, meditation, journaling and connecting with others. This class is open to anyone interested in mindfulness practices, needing space to connect with others, and wanting time to yourself with guided practices for feeling less stressed. This is a drop-in, donation based class. This time can help you feel more centered before you begin your week. This is a teacher led class, please wear clothes you can do gentle movement in.
