Garden Health Group is a community of clinicians who like collaborating and who take the work of building healthy lives seriously. We think a workplace should be fair, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable, and we work at it.

We're a training site for early-career clinicians, with trainees ranging from master's-level counselors through postdoctoral fellows. Our APPIC membership application is under review, and we expect provisional site status this year. Group didactics meet Fridays for two hours. The time moves between clinical case discussion and a rotating slate of specialty topics, taught by our own clinicians and by guest experts we bring in from the community. Alongside that, each supervisee has individual supervision, with a primary and a secondary supervisor assigned (a structure that keeps the practice collaborative and keeps any one supervisor from carrying too much). We know good supervisors are in demand, and our rates and benefits reflect that.

Provisional License, Internships

Competitive Compensation: W2 Employee paid every two weeks, at a license based hourly rate; incentivized hourly rates based on number of clients weekly.

Medical Insurance Stipend: GHG will keep a running tally of how many client sessions you have completed. Each two week payroll period, GHG will check that tally, and if you have completed 30 client sessions or more since the last time you were paid a Health Care Stipend, then GHG will add a Health Care Stipend of $250 to your compensation for that payroll. This may result in a $250 Stipend every pay period, if you are completing 30 or more client sessions every two weeks. Or it may result in having some payrolls include a stipend and some not, added each time you reach 30 cumulative sessions. This stipend is intended to help contribute to the costs of insurance premiums, co-pays, or direct health related costs, but may be used completely at your discretion.

Supervision Available: Group and individuals at all career stages. Two hours of group supervision with training per week prelicensed.

Paid Time Off: Accrue 1 hour for every 25 worked, up to 40 hours every 12 months; if unused, paid out annually.

AI Progress Notes Software: Access to HIPPA compliant, health insurance approved platform with a minimum of 15 weekly sessions.

Administrative & Marketing Support: Health insurance paneling, new client onboarding, business cards, client referrals, Psychology Today profile, etc.

Billing Services: We manage billing for both insurance and private pay clients.

Continuing Education Funding: Financial support for your professional development.
