Monday Mornings Mindfulness- 45 minutes
Reduce Stress & Anxiety, Improve Cognition, Increase Emotional Well-being
Service Description
Take a minute or two to breathe. Come for this 45 minute session of movement, breathing practices, meditation, journaling and connecting with others. This class is open to anyone interested in mindfulness practices, needing space to connect with others, and wanting time to yourself with guided practices for feeling less stressed. This is a drop-in, donation based class. This time can help you feel more centered before you begin your week. This is a teacher led class, please wear clothes you can do gentle movement in. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to receive a full credit for a future session, we do not offer refunds. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you are able to do so online and there will be no charges. If less than 24 hours notice for cancelation, you will be responsible for the session fee in full. If you arrive late, the session will end at the scheduled time, and not be the full time of the session. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late with no email to the therapist, the session may be considered a no show and you will be responsible for the full session fee. If the therapist does not feel the therapy is appropriate for you, we reserve the right to cancel the session, and credit can be applied to another service. Sexual harassment in any form will not be tolerated and will be cause for the immediate conclusion of the session and the client will be responsible for the session fee in full.
